Vectronix Inc. is committed to 100% export compliance. This includes a commitment to the highest standards in international business ethics and defense contract audit rules. It is Vectronix Inc’s policy to obtain approvals from the U.S. Department of State pursuant to the U.S. Arms Export Control Act and its implementing regulations, the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), for the export or transfer of defense articles, technical data, software or in the furnishing of defense services; and the Export Administration Act and its implementing regulations, the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), for the export or transfer of dual-use or commercial technologies.
